2. The product

Keto Reset is a digital PDF product β€” a 30-day keto meal plan. An online recipe collection is included as a complementary bonus feature.

3. Order and delivery

Orders can be placed 24/7 through nofussketo.com. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation.

Digital access is delivered automatically and instantly upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your access link within minutes of checkout.

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

  • Visa / Mastercard (via Shopify Payments)

5. Right of withdrawal β€” digital content

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, this right lapses once delivery has begun and the consumer has given explicit consent to immediate delivery β€” which you provide at checkout.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to support@nofussketo.com. We will respond within 14 days.

7. Intellectual property

All content within Keto Reset β€” including meal plans, recipes, texts, graphics, and the interactive system β€” is the exclusive property of Oleksii Huselnikov / NoFussKeto. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, or distribute any part of the product in any form without prior written consent.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use Keto Reset for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of liability

Keto Reset is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

NoFussKeto is not liable for any health outcomes, direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the Netherlands or any other EU member state where the consumer resides.
