Almond & coconut pancakes
Breakfast • Eggs • up to 15 min • Frying Pan
Sugar-free • Gluten-free • Lactose-free • Meat-free
Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Almond flour – 1 tbsp. (15 g)
* Coconut flakes – 1 tbsp. (10 g)
* Butter – 1 tsp. (5 g)
* Cinnamon – a pinch
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
* Heat the frying pan and add the butter.
* Add small portions
* Fry the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
* Serve warm.
PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Transfer the mixture to a silicone baking tin.
* Bake at 180°C for 7 minutes.
* Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
