**INGREDIENTS:**

* Almond flour – 2 tablespoons (30 g)
* Egg – 1 small (50 g)
* Butter – 1/2 teaspoon (5 g)
* Erythritol – 1/2 teaspoon

 **PREPARATION – OVEN:**

* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
* Form small cookies.
* Place on a baking tray. baking sheet with baking paper.
* Bake for 15 minutes, until set.
