Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Almond flour – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Mascarpone – 1 tablespoon (20 g)
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Cinnamon – a pinch (0.2 g)

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Place the eggs, almond flour, mascarpone, and cinnamon in a bowl.
* Mix thoroughly until smooth.
* Heat the pan and Add butter.
* Add portions of the mixture and fry the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Transfer the mixture to silicone molds.
* Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
