* Feta cheese – 80 g
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (10 ml)
* Garlic – 1 clove (5 g)
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise.
* Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
* Add feta cheese and finely chop chopped garlic.
* Bake until the eggplant is soft.
