INGREDIENTS:
* Aubergine – 1 medium (300 g)
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Garlic powder – to taste
* Smoked paprika – to taste
PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Slice the aubergine into thin rounds (3–4 mm).
* Brush both sides with olive oil.
* Season with salt, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
* Place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
* Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
* Airfryer: 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
