Avocado stuffed with egg

Sugar-free • Gluten-free • Meat-free
**INGREDIENTS:**
* Avocado – 1/2 pc. (120 g)
* Egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* Salt, pepper – to taste
**PREPARATION – OVEN:**
* Preheat oven to 190°C.
* Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
* Scoop out a small amount of flesh.
* Crack the egg into center.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the egg white is set.
**AIRFRYER PREPARATION:**
* Prepare the avocado as above.
* Place in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
* Check the egg white is set before removing.
