Avocado with egg & bacon

Ingredients:
* Avocado – 1/2 large (150 g)
* Egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* Bacon – 2 slices (40 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Fry the bacon in a dry pan until crispy.
* Transfer to a paper towel.
* Cut the avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out some of the flesh.
* Crack an egg into the center of the avocado.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
* Serve with bacon on top.

AIRFRYER PREPARATION:
* Prepare the avocado with egg as above.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
* Prepare the bacon separately in a pan.
