* Mayonnaise – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt, pepper – to taste

 **PREPARATION:**

* Hard-boil the egg (8–9 minutes).
* Peel and finely chop.
* Mix with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
* Fill the avocado half with the prepared paste.
* Serve cold.
