Ingredients:
* Avocado – 1 ripe (200 g)
* Bacon – 8 thin slices (120 g)
PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
* Cut into 8 equal pieces.
* Wrap each piece in a slice of bacon.
* Place in the airfryer basket.
* Bake at 200°C for 6–8 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Preheat oven to 200°C.
* Prepare the avocado as above and wrap it in bacon.
* Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the bacon is browned.
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat.
* Fry the wrapped avocado for 2–3 minutes on each side,
until the bacon is crispy.
