Ingredients:
* Cod fillet – 150 g
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Lemon juice – to taste
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Place the cod fillet in an ovenproof dish.
* Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
* Top with butter.
* Bake for 12 minutes, until the fish is soft and juicy.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Place the fillet on baking paper.
* Drizzle with lemon, season, and add butter.
* Bake at 180°C for 9 minutes.
