Baked dill salmon

**INGREDIENTS:**
* Salmon fillet – 150 g
* Clarified butter – 1 tablespoon (10 g)
* Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Dill – 1 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper – to taste
**PREPARATION – OVEN:**
* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Place the salmon in a baking dish ovenproof dish.
* Spread with butter and drizzle with lemon.
* Season with salt, pepper, and dill.
* Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the fish is juicy.
**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**
* Prepare the salmon as above.
* Place in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
* Check the doneness after 10 minutes.
