Baked egg & vegetable casserole

Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Bell pepper – 1/4 pcs. (40 g)
* Onion – 1/4 pcs. (30 g)
* Cheese – 30 g
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN / OVEN:
* Finely chop the vegetables cube.
* Heat a pan and fry the vegetables in butter for 2-3 minutes.
* In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
* Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
* Fry over low heat until set.
  **or** bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
* Airfryer: 180°C for 10 minutes in a small silicone mold.
