Baked eggs in avocado

**INGREDIENTS:**

* Avocado – 1 large (250 g)
* Eggs – 2 small (100 g)
* Salt, pepper, herbs – to taste

 **PREPARATION – OVEN:**

* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
* Scoop out some of the flesh to make room for the egg.
* Crack one egg into each half.
* Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
* Bake for 15 minutes, until the white is set.

 **PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**

* Prepare the avocado as above.
* Place the halves in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
* Check after 10 minutes - time depends on the size of the eggs.
