Baked eggs with feta & spinach

Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Feta cheese – 40 g
* Fresh spinach – a handful (30 g)
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Melt the butter in a pan.
* Fry the spinach for 1–2 minutes, until wilt.
* Transfer the spinach to the ramekins.
* Add crumbled feta.
* Crack one egg into each ramekin.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Bake for 15 minutes, until the egg white is set.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Prepare the ramekins as above.
* Place in the Airfryer.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
* Check the egg white is set before removing.
