Baked pork loin with vegetables
**Lunch • Meat • up to 30 min • Oven • Airfryer**
Sugar-free • Gluten-free
**INGREDIENTS:**
* Pork loin – 1 slice (120 g)
* Bell pepper – 1/2 pc. (80 g)
* Zucchini – 1/2 small (100 g)
* Yellow cheese – 30 g
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper – to taste
**PREPARATION – OVEN:**
* Preheat the oven to 190°C.
* Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, and herbs.
* Fry briefly in a pan with olive oil (2 minutes on each side).
* Place the meat in an ovenproof dish.
* Add the chopped vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
* Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts.
**PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**
* Fry the pork loin as above.
* Transfer the meat and vegetables to the Airfryer pan.
* Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
* Add the cheese and bake for another 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
