Beef & cauliflower chilli

**INGREDIENTS:**

* Ground beef – 200 g
* Cauliflower – 1/2 pc. (400 g)
* Onion – 1/2 pc. (60 g)
* Spices: paprika, cumin, chili – to taste
* Water – approx. 50 ml

**PREPARATION – POT:**

* Cut the onion into cubes, the cauliflower into small pieces florets.
* Heat a pot and fry the onion.
* Add the meat and fry until it changes color.
* Add the spices and mix thoroughly.
* Add the cauliflower and add a little water.
* Cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes over low heat.

 **PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**

* Mix the meat with the onion and spices.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
* Add the cauliflower and 2-3 tablespoons of water.
* Bake for another 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
