Ingredients:
* Beef – 200 g
* Broccoli – 100 g
* Cream 30% – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Cut the beef into thin slices or small cubes.
* Heat the pan and add the butter.
* Fry the beef over medium heat until lightly browned. browning.
* Cook the broccoli al dente (approx. 5–6 minutes).
* Add the broccoli to the meat.
* Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper.
* Simmer, covered, for approx. 10 minutes over low heat.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Place the beef and cooked broccoli in an ovenproof dish.
* Add the butter, cream, and spices.
* Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
