Beef with courgette in cream sauce

Ingredients:
* Beef – 200 g
* Zucchini – 1/2 pc. (200 g)
* Cream 30% – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Cut the beef into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
* Heat the pan and add the butter.
* Fry the meat in over medium heat until golden brown.
* Add the chopped zucchini and cream.
* Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes, until the meat is tender.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Place all ingredients in an ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
* Stir gently halfway through.
