Ingredients:
* Beef (goulash) – 200 g
* Onion – 1/4 piece (30 g)
* Bell pepper – 1/2 small (80 g)
* Cream 30% – 3 tablespoons (45 ml)
* Clarified butter – 1 tablespoon (10 g)
* Smoked paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
* Water – 2 tablespoons (optional)

PREPARATION - FRYING PAN:
* Cut the beef into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
* Heat a frying pan with clarified butter.
* Fry the meat over medium heat until golden brown.
* Add the finely chopped onion and pepper.
* Simmer covered for 20 minutes, adding 2 tablespoons of water if necessary.
* Pour in the cream, mix, and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat.

PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Mix the beef with the spices and clarified butter.
* Transfer the meat and vegetables to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake in the Airfryer for 180°C for 20 minutes.
* Add the cream, stir, and bake for another 5 minutes.
