Braised pork loin with Chinese cabbage

Ingredients:
* Pork loin – 1 slice (150 g)
* Chinese cabbage – 1/2 small (250 g)
* Onion – 1/4 pc. (30 g)
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Granulated garlic – 0.5 g
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
* Water – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Sprinkle the pork loin with salt and pepper and granulated garlic.
* Heat a pan and melt the butter.
* Fry the pork loin on both sides until golden brown.
* Add chopped Chinese cabbage and onion.
* Pour in water and cover the pan.
* Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, until the meat is tender.
