Braised pork loin with vegetables

 **INGREDIENTS:**

* Pork loin – 1 slice (120 g)
* Zucchini – 1/2 pc. (200 g)
* Bell pepper – 1/2 pc. (80 g)
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (10 ml)
* Herbs, salt, pepper – to taste
* Water – approx. 70 ml

**PREPARATION – POT:**

* Cut the pork loin into strips, the vegetables into strips. pieces.
* Heat a pot with olive oil.
* Fry the pork loin for 3-4 minutes.
* Add vegetables and spices.
* Add water and simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes.

 **PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**

* Mix the pork loin with olive oil and spices.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
* Add vegetables and 3-4 tablespoons of water.
* Bake for another 8-10 minutes, stirring once.
