 **INGREDIENTS:**

* Broccoli – 150 g
* Cream 30% – 30 ml
* Cheese – 30 g
* Salt, pepper – to taste
* Water – 400 ml

 **PREPARATION – POT:**

* Divide the broccoli into florets.
* Boil in water for 10–12 minutes until soft.
* Add cream and cheese.
* Blend until smooth.
* Season with salt and pepper, reheat briefly before serving.
