Ingredients:
* Cauliflower – 1/2 pc. (approx. 300 g)
* Buffalo sauce – 1–2 tablespoons (to taste)
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Divide the cauliflower into small florets.
* Melt the butter and mix with the buffalo sauce.
* Coat the cauliflower in the sauce.
* Place in the airfryer basket in one layer.
* Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C, until slightly crispy.

PREPARATION - OVEN:
* Prepare the cauliflower as above.
* Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C (top-bottom), turning halfway through.
