Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Avocado – 1/2 pcs. (120 g)
* Tomato – 1 small (100 g)
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Heat the frying pan and melt the butter.
* Crack the eggs and fry over low heat. to your preferred degree of doneness.
* Slice the avocado and tomato.
* Serve the eggs with the avocado and tomato, season with salt and pepper.
PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Crack the eggs into a small ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for approx. 8 minutes.
* Serve with the avocado and tomato.
