 **INGREDIENTS:**

* Cauliflower – 1/2 pc. (400 g)
* Mozzarella – 50 g
* Cream – 60 ml
* Garlic – 1 clove

 **PREPARATION – OVEN:**

* Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook until al dente (5–6 min).
* Drain thoroughly and transfer to a bowl ovenproof dish.
* Add the pressed garlic and cream.
* Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
* Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.

 **PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**

* Place the cooked and drained cauliflower in a baking dish.
* Add the garlic, cream, and mozzarella.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 180°C for 12-14 minutes.
* Check the doneness after 10 minutes.
