Cauliflower bake
**Dinner • Vegetables • up to 30 min • Oven • Airfryer**
Sugar-free • Gluten-free • Meat-free
**INGREDIENTS:**
* Cauliflower – 400 g
* Cheese – 50 g
* Cream – 30 ml
* Spices – to taste
**PREPARATION – OVEN:**
* Divide the cauliflower into florets.
* Boil in salted water for 5–6 minutes (al dente).
* Drain and place in an ovenproof dish.
* Pour over cream, sprinkle with cheese and spices.
* Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**
* Cook the cauliflower as above and drain thoroughly.
* Transfer to the Airfryer pan.
* Add cream and cheese.
* Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
* Check the browning after 6 minutes.
