Ingredients:
* Celery root – 1 pc (approx. 300 g)
* Olive oil – 2 tablespoons (20 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Sweet or smoked paprika – to taste
PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Peel the celery and cut it into thin strips (like French fries).
* Place it in a bowl, add the olive oil, salt and paprika, and mix thoroughly.
* Place it in the airfryer basket in one layer.
* Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C, stirring halfway through.
PREPARATION - OVEN:
* Prepare the celery as above.
* Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 20–25 minutes at 220°C (top–bottom), flipping halfway through.
