Ingredients:
* Onion – 1 large (200 g)
* Egg – 1 pc. (60 g)
* Cheddar cheese – 40 g
* Almond flour – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Salt – to taste

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Slice the onion into thick rings.
* Beat the egg with salt in a bowl.
* Coat the onion rings in egg, then in almond flour mixed with grated cheddar.
* Place in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
* Fry for 10 minutes at 190°C, until golden brown.

PREPARATION - OVEN:
* Prepare the onion as above.
* Place the rings on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C, flipping halfway through.

PREPARATION - FRYING PAN:
* Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat.
* Fry the rings for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the breading is golden brown. brown.
