Chicken & courgette stew

**INGREDIENTS:**
* Chicken fillet – 200 g
* Zucchini – 1/2 pc. (200 g)
* Onion – 1/2 pc. (60 g)
* Cream – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
* Spices – to taste
**PREPARATION – POT:**
* Cut the chicken into cubes, the onion into strips, the zucchini into strips half-slices.
* Preheat a pot and fry the chicken with onion for 3-4 minutes.
* Add the zucchini, spices, and cream.
* Simmer, covered, over low heat for 10-12 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
**PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**
* Mix the chicken with the onion and spices.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake in the Airfryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
* Add the zucchini and cream, mix thoroughly.
* Bake for another 7-9 minutes, until the zucchini is soft.
