Ingredients:
* Chicken fillet – 200 g
* Broccoli – 100 g
* Cheese – 40 g
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Cook the broccoli al dente (approx. 6 minutes) and drain.
* Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt and pepper.
* Fry the chicken briefly in olive oil, until it changes color.
* Transfer the meat and broccoli to an ovenproof dish.
* Sprinkle with grated cheese.
* Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Combine the fried chicken with the broccoli and cheese.
* Transfer to a small ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
