Ingredients:
* Feta cheese – 50 g
* Arugula – a handful (20 g)
* Tomato – 1/2 pc. (80 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Oregano – a pinch

PREPARATION – NO COOKING:
* Dice the tomato.
* Dice or crumble the feta.
* Transfer the arugula to a bowl.
* Add the tomato and feta.
* Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
* Toss gently and serve immediately.
