Ingredients:
* Chicken fillet – 200 g
* Pesto – 1 teaspoon (15 g)
* Mozzarella – 40 g
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
* Fry the chicken over medium heat until golden brown. lightly browned.
* Add pesto and mix thoroughly.
* Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
* Simmer, covered, for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts.

PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Slice and season the chicken.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
* After 8 minutes, add pesto and mozzarella and mix.
* Bake until the end, until the cheese melts.
