Chicken with vegetables & garlic butter

Ingredients:
* Chicken fillet – 200 g
* Zucchini – 1/2 pc. (200 g)
* Bell pepper – 1/4 pc. (60 g)
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Garlic – 1 clove (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Cut the chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper.
* Dice the zucchini and bell pepper.
* Melt the butter in a pan.
* Add finely chopped garlic and sauté for 20-30 seconds.
* Add the chicken and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
* Add the vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the meat is tender.
PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof dish.
* Place in the Airfryer.
* Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
* Mix thoroughly halfway through.
