* Erythritol – 1/4 teaspoon

**PREPARATION:**

* Melt the butter if it is hard.
* Add the almond flour, coconut flakes, and erythritol.
* Mix until smooth.
* Form small balls.
* Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
