* Coconut milk – 100 ml
* Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Erythritol – to taste

 **PREPARATION:**

* Transfer the coconut milk to a bowl.
* Add the chia seeds and erythritol.
* Mix thoroughly.
* Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
* Reheat before serving Mix.
