Coconut omelette
Coconut omelette
**Dinner • Meat • up to 30 min • Frying pan • Airfryer**
Sugar-free • Gluten-free
**INGREDIENTS:**
* Chicken fillet – 200 g
* Onion – 1/2 pc. (60 g)
* Cream 30% – 30 ml
* Tikka masala paste / spices – to taste
* Clarified butter – 10 g
**PREPARATION:**
* Chop the chicken and onion.
* Fry in butter clarified water.
* Add spices and cream.
* Simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**
* Chop the chicken and onion, mix with the spices.
* Transfer to an ovenproof dish suitable for the Airfryer.
* Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
* After 7–8 minutes, open the basket and mix thoroughly.
* For the last 3 minutes, add the cream and mix again.
