Ingredients:
* Cod fillet – 150 g
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Cream 30% – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
* Dill – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Heat the pan and melt the butter.
* Place the cod fillet and fry for 3-4 minutes on one side. sides.
* Gently turn and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
* Pour in the cream, add the dill.
* Simmer for 2 minutes over low heat.
* Season with salt and pepper.

PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Place the cod in an ovenproof dish.
* Bake at 180°C for 9 minutes.
* After removing, add the melted butter, cream, and dill.
* Mix gently and season to taste.
