Cod with butter & dill

Ingredients:
* Cod fillet – 150 g
* Butter – 20 g
* Fresh dill – 10 g
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g
* Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER

  • Preheat the airfryer to 180°C.

  • Sprinkle the cod with salt and pepper.

  • Place the fish in a basket (on baking paper).

  • On Place pieces of butter on top.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the fish is tender and flakes easily.

  • After removing, add the dill and drizzle with lemon juice.

PREPARATION – OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 190°C.

  • Place the cod in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.

  • Spread butter on top.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish is juicy.

  • After baking, add dill and lemon juice.

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Sprinkle the cod with salt and pepper.
* Heat the pan and add butter.
* Place the fish in the pan and fry gently.
* Add dill and lemon juice at the end.
