Cod with butter & dill

Ingredients:
* Cod fillet – 150 g
* Butter – 20 g
* Fresh dill – 10 g
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g
* Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
PREPARATION – AIRFRYER

Preheat the airfryer to 180°C.

Sprinkle the cod with salt and pepper.

Place the fish in a basket (on baking paper).

On Place pieces of butter on top.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the fish is tender and flakes easily.

After removing, add the dill and drizzle with lemon juice.
PREPARATION – OVEN

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Place the cod in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.

Spread butter on top.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish is juicy.

After baking, add dill and lemon juice.
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Sprinkle the cod with salt and pepper.
* Heat the pan and add butter.
* Place the fish in the pan and fry gently.
* Add dill and lemon juice at the end.
