Cod with garlic butter

Ingredients:
* Cod fillet – 150 g
* Butter – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Garlic – 1 clove (5 g)
* Lemon juice – to taste
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat.
* Add the pressed garlic and fry for 20–30 seconds (do not brown).
* Place the cod fillet in a pan.
* Fry for 3-4 minutes on one side.
* Gently flip and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
* Drizzle with lemon juice.
* Season with salt and pepper.
PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:
* Place the cod fillet on baking paper.
* Bake at 180°C for 9 minutes.
* After removing, add the butter and garlic (you can melt it first).
* Drizzle with lemon juice and season.
