Courgette & parmesan chips

Sugar-free • Gluten-free • Meat-free

Ingredients:
* Zucchini – 1 small (approx. 200 g)
* Grated Parmesan – 2 tablespoons (approx. 15 g)
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
* Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
* Add the Parmesan and gently mix.
* Place in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
* Fry for 8–10 minutes at 180°C, until the chips are golden and crispy.

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Prepare the zucchini as above.
* Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 15–18 minutes at 200°C (top-bottom), turning halfway through.
