INGREDIENTS:
* Courgette – 1 small (150 g)
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
* Garlic powder – to taste
PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Cut the courgette into thin sticks (fry shape).
* Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
* Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment.
* Bake at 200°C for 18–20 minutes until golden.
* Airfryer: 200°C for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
