Courgette noodles with pesto
**Lunch β’ Vegetables β’ up to 30 min β’ Frying Pan β’ Airfryer**
Sugar-free β’ Gluten-free β’ Meat-free
Β **INGREDIENTS:**
* Zucchini β 1 pc. (180 g)
* Pesto β 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Cheese β 30 g
* Olive oil β 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt, pepper β to taste
Β **PREPARATION β FRYING PAN:**
* Slice the zucchini into thin strips.
* Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
* Add zucchini and fry for 2-3 minutes.
* Add pesto and cheese.
* Heat briefly until cheese melts.
Β **PREPARATION β AIRFRYER:**
* Place zucchini strips in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 180Β°C for 6-8 minutes.
* Transfer to a bowl, add pesto and cheese.
* Mix and heat for another 2 minutes.
