Β **INGREDIENTS:**

* Zucchini – 1 pc. (180 g)
* Pesto – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Cheese – 30 g
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt, pepper – to taste

Β **PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:**

* Slice the zucchini into thin strips.
* Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
* Add zucchini and fry for 2-3 minutes.
* Add pesto and cheese.
* Heat briefly until cheese melts.

Β **PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**

* Place zucchini strips in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 180Β°C for 6-8 minutes.
* Transfer to a bowl, add pesto and cheese.
* Mix and heat for another 2 minutes.
