Ingredients:
* Cucumber – 1 large
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PPREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Slice the cucumber very thinly (preferably with a mandolin).
* Dry with a paper towel.
* Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
* Arrange in a single layer in the basket.
* Fry at 170°C for 12–14 minutes, until crispy (check after 10 minutes).

PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Preheat oven to 170°C (convection).
* Place cucumber slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until dry and crispy.
