* Avocado – 1/2 pcs. (120 g)
* Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
* Salt, pepper – to taste

 **PREPARATION:**

* Hard-boil the eggs (8-9 minutes).
* Peel and mash the eggs with a fork.
* Add the avocado and mash thoroughly.
* Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
* Mix until creamy.
