Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Bacon – 2 slices (60 g)
* Tomato – 1 small (120 g)
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Heat the frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy.
* Add the butter.
* Crack the eggs into the frying pan.
* Fry for over medium heat until the yolks are cooked to your preferred degree of doneness.
* Serve with chopped tomato.
* Season with salt and pepper.

(AIRFRYER – OPTIONAL):
* Add the bacon and crack the eggs into the tin.
* Bake for 8 minutes at 180°C.
