Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Feta cheese – 40 g
* Fresh spinach – a handful (30 g)
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Heat the frying pan and add the butter.
* Add the spinach and fry for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
* Crack the eggs into the frying pan.
* Fry over low heat until the egg whites are set.
* Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and season with pepper.

PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:
* Place the spinach in an ovenproof dish and add the butter.
* Crack the eggs and sprinkle with feta cheese.
* Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
