Ingredients:
* Eggplant – 1 pc. (300 g)
* Mozzarella – 100 g
* Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (10 ml)
* Dried basil – 1 teaspoon (2 g)
* Salt – 1 g
* Pepper – 0.5 g

 PREPARATION – OVEN:
* Cut the eggplant into slices.
* Drizzle with olive oil and season.
* Bake Slices until soft.
* Add mozzarella and bake briefly.
* Sprinkle with basil before serving.
