**INGREDIENTS:**

* Halloumi cheese – 100 g
* Bacon – 3 slices (60 g)

**PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:**

* Slice the halloumi into thick slices.
* Wrap each slice in bacon.
* Heat a dry frying pan.
* Fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, until the bacon is browned.

**PREPARATION – AIRFRYER:**

* Wrap the halloumi in bacon.
* Place in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 190°C for 8–10 minutes.
* Turn halfway through.
