Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon (15 g)
* Mustard – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Chives – 5 g
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste
PREPARATION – POT:
* Hard-boil the eggs (8–9 minutes).
* Let them cool, peel them and cut them into half.
* Remove the yolks to a bowl.
* Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
* Mix thoroughly into a smooth paste.
* Fill the egg whites with the filling.
* Sprinkle with chopped chives.
